Shrikhand is a semi-soft, sweetish-sour, whole milk product prepared from lactic fermented curd. The curd i.e. ‘Dahi’ is partially strained through a muslin cloth to remove the whey & thus produce a solid mass called ‘Chakka’, which is the basic ingredient for shrikhand. It is mixed with required amount of sugar & dry fruits to yield the shrikhand.

White Diamond shrikhand is famous for its Quality, smooth texture & taste as it is made by traditional method. It is prepared, packed under strict hygienic conditions. Its shelf life is 6 months, when stored below 4°C.
